Annual Trends - Developed from over 5,000 annual income statements from hotels and motels across the United States.  Information is presented by type, geographic location, rate and size categories and provides detailed analyses of revenues, expenses, and profits.

Hotel Horizons^SM (National Sample)(Market Sample) - A series of periodic reports that analyzes the historical and expected performance of the U.S. lodging markets. Hotel Horizons^SM reports cover five years of supply, demand, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR for 50 major U.S. markets, as well as six national chain-scale segments. Within each market forecast, separate estimates are prepared for the full-service and limited-service segments.

Quarterly Trends - Tracks national occupancies and average daily rates for selected cities across the U.S. and offers an annual forecast of the hospitality industry.

Monthly Trends - Developed from monthly surveys of over 3,000 hotels and includes ADR, occupancies, and market mixes (i.e., business, leisure, and group) by local area and local submarkets.

Mid-Year Trends - Hotel financial performance is compared for the first six months of the current year to the first six months of the prior year. All operating department revenues and expenses, as well as undistributed expenses, are presented on a dollar-per-available-room, dollar-per-occupied-room, and percent-of-revenue basis.

Hospitality Investment Survey - Is a study of investment criteria used by lenders and investors during hotel transactions.

Atlanta Hotel Performance Roadmap (previously the Atlanta General Manager's Survey) - Developed from annual surveys of Atlanta hotel general managers, and additional data gathered by PKF Consulting and Smith Travel Research to analyze trends in the Atlanta hotel market. Features hotel performance data for 17 sub-markets in the Atlanta metropolitan area: Occupancy, Average Daily Rate, Revenue per Available Room (RevPar), and Annual Supply and Demand.

BenchMARKET - Average citywide property level financial data.  Reports are available for each of the 50 largest U.S. Metro areas and are divided between upper-priced and lower-priced hotel properties.

BenchCLUSTER - Each report focuses on the average revenue, expense, and profitability performance of a specific type of niche product such as Boutique and Extended Stay hotels.
