Since 1936, PKF Hospitality Research (PKF-HR) has conducted several surveys throughout the year. For these surveys, we rely on the voluntary submission of data from hospitality industry participants. We cordially invite all qualified industry participants to join as a Data Partner.
Participation in PKF-HR surveys is voluntary, complimentary, and confidential. To demonstrate our appreciation of your participation, you will be entitled to receive select complimentary reports, as well as discounts to other PKF-HR research tools and services.
PKF-HR surveys cover a variety of topics and require multiple types of data. Examples of PKF-HR surveys and their data requirements are (click titles to get more information):
Annual submission of equity and/or debt investment criteria from owners and lenders, including capitalization rates, internal rates of return, interest rates, holding periods, and loan-to-value ratios.
Monthly survey of occupancy and ADR for major cities in the United States.
Data Requirement:
Monthly submission of rooms available, rooms occupied, rooms revenue, and demand mix.
