A series of periodic reports that analyzes the historical and expected performance of the U.S. lodging markets. Hotel Horizons® reports cover five years of supply, demand, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR for 50 major U.S. markets, as well as six national chain-scale segments. Within each market forecast, separate estimates are prepared for the full-service and limited-service segments.

BenchMarker - Custom report which allows owners and operators to compare revenues, expenses, and profits of their hotel to similar properties and learn about hotel financial performance within a market segment or geographic area.

Quarterly Trends® - Tracks national occupancies and average daily rates for selected cities across the U.S. and offers an annual forecast of the hospitality industry.

Spa Trends® - To assist hotel spa managers evaluate the financial performance of their operations, PKF Hospitality Research has developed Trends® in the Hotel Spa Industry. The 36-page report provides financial benchmarking data for the revenues and expense items most relevant to a hotel's spa department as well as editorial content on current issues facing the hotel spa industry. The data was compiled from the financial statements of 63 hotels with significant spa operations. The report presents schedules for spa departments by location and by revenue category.

Monthly Trends® - Developed from monthly surveys of over 3,000 hotels and includes ADR, occupancies, and market mixes (i.e., business, leisure, and group) by local area and local submarkets.

BenchMARKET - Average citywide property level financial data.  Reports are available for each of the 50 largest U.S. Metro areas and are divided between upper-priced and lower-priced hotel properties.
