Trends® in the Hotel Industry is a compilation of several thousand financial statements from various hotels across the nation, providing in-depth analyses of hotel revenues, expenses, and profits. The 2012 report marks the 76th edition of this publication. With nearly 6,000 hotels participating in the survey, Trends® is one of the most widely used and detailed surveys of its type.

Participation in Trends® requires that you provide us with data from each of your individual property’s 2011 year-end financial statements. The submission of this data can be accomplished in one of three ways:
E-Mail an electronic copy of each property’s year-end financial statement to trends@pkfc.com.
Mail a hard copy of each property's year-end financial statement to:

If you choose to send copies of your financial statements, please be sure to include the supporting departmental schedules, as well as the rooms department statistics (occupancy, ADR, market mix, etc...).
There is no charge to participate in the Trends® survey. In appreciation for your participation, you will receive complimentary copies of the Trends® in the Hotel Industry report, as well as discounts to other PKF Research products and services.
As with all PKF surveys, individual property and company performance data are kept strictly confidential.
