Engagement involves analysis of monthly operating statements, meetings with management to critique the operation, consulting on the management contract, and reporting to the owners with observations about performance.
Baltimore, MD - Engagement to assist the Baltimore Development Corporation in securing a buyer/management firm to take over the Clarion Pier Five Hotel and Restaurant the Corporation acquired through foreclosure. The assignment included preparation of a market analysis, developing criteria for bidders, developing an RFP, soliciting and evaluating proposals, and providing technical advice during the selection process.

PKFC's services have been in place for more than five years and have included support in operational improvement, renovation, refinancing, management/brand selection, and marketing strategies.
