Appraisal of 28-Hotel Portfolio

Type: REAL ESTATE APPRAISALS AND BUSINESS VALUATIONS - (United States)
CDL International retained PKF Consulting to value the complete U.S. holdings of Regal International Hotels for its sale to CDL Hotels-USA. Total value of the assets was in excess of $600 million. The PKF/C evaluation was an instrumental element in determining the purchase price, as well as the financing for what is one of the largest hotel portfolio sales of the year. The sale involved the majority interest in 26 hotels and minority interest in two others. Twelve of the hotels carry the Regal name, while the others, carrying various flags, were managed by Richfield Hospitality Services, Inc. The hotels are located across the U.S. and include the Regal Alaskan in Anchorage, the Regal Biltmore in Los Angeles, the Regal U.N. Plaza in New York, the Regal Bostonian, and the Regal Cincinnati.
