Brandon Feighner is a Vice President with PKF Consulting based in the Los Angeles office. He conducts market feasibility studies, valuations, economic impact studies, tourism and destination analyses, property tax appeals, and provides asset management and litigation support services. His industry experience includes hotels, resorts, spas, fractional ownership, condo hotels, and conference centers. He has worked closely with public REITS, private equity firms, all major sources of debt financing, and numerous municipalities and public agencies. Additionally, Mr. Feighner has worked with various governmental entities in tourism and hospitality real estate issues. He has worked extensively in Southern California, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Hawaii.
Mr. Feighner attended The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona, where he graduated magna cum laude. Prior to college, he worked for Hilton Hotels in Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa. Mr. Feighner has spoken at numerous industry events in the region and is regularly quoted in local and national media on hospitality and tourism topics. He is a member of various professional and community organizations including currently serving as treasurer of the Collins Hospitality Society for The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.
