He serves as an advisor to key owners, lenders, and developers in the Northeast. In real estate consulting, he has been engaged for projects ranging from a 1,000,000 square foot office building in New York City to mixed-use developments throughout the Eastern United States. He is often called upon as an expert witness in litigation matters. Mr. Fox is a contributor to industry publications and is regularly quoted in the New York and national press. He is a frequent lecturer on hotel financial topics at colleges and universities and at industry seminars.

Mr. Fox holds a BS from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. He is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society and a former member of the Advisory Board of The Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management at New York University.
