(317) 616-1815Mark Eble is Vice President in charge of the Midwest office of PKF Consulting, located in Indianapolis. He brings more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience in both a consulting and hands-on operational capacity.

Before joining PKF Consulting, Eble was a Regional Vice President with Cendant's Resort Condominiums International. There he was responsible for major account management and business development, including Cendant's $650 million acquisition of Fairfield Communities in 2001. Prior to Cendant, he led the New York City hospitality consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Before that, he was Executive Vice President of Eric B. Orkin Associates, providing yield management consulting and technology solutions to major hotel companies around the world. Eble also served as a Principal with Laventhol & Horwath in Chicago where he focused on the hospitality industry. Eble began his career in luxury hotels, holding various positions including food and beverage director and resident manager.

Mr. Eble has managed and conducted hundreds of consulting assignments, involving both the public and private sectors, throughout the U.S. and in Europe and Asia. He has worked for the industry's leading lenders, developers, chains, and management companies and has an in-depth knowledge of most aspects of hospitality operations, development, and financing.

Mr. Eble has been quoted on hospitality issues in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Economist, USA Today, and has appeared as a travel industry expert on CNN Business News. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a lecturer at Cornell University. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and is a licensed real estate broker.
