Randy McCaslin

Vice President

Randy McCaslin is a Vice President in the Houston office of PKF Consulting. His expertise includes market and financial feasibility and appraisal analysis for hotel, resort, convention center, museum and other hospitality related developments. Mr. McCaslin has over 15 years in consulting and 10 years in operations in the hospitality industry.

Recent projects with PKF Consulting have included market studies and appraisals for a wide variety of hotels from limited-service to five diamond full-service projects, feasibility analysis for a museum of natural science, management of the RFP process for a city hotel development, and asset management of an upscale downtown convention center hotel.

Mr. McCaslin earned his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston. He also completed 30 hours of courses at the University of Houston Conrad Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management, where he was recently awarded Honorary Alumni status.
