Scott Smith, MAI, is a Vice President in the Atlanta office of PKF Consulting. He is a specialist in the appraisal of hospitality and lodging properties. His experience includes office, retail, and industrial buildings, golf courses, mixed-use developments, sports centers, and congregate care facilities.
Mr. Smith has done extensive work in the areas of loan portfolio review and disposition strategies and has offered expert witness testimony in hospitality-related matters.
He holds a BS degree from the University of Tennessee and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute. He is certified in the Institute's voluntary program for continuing education for its designated members. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Georgia and Florida.
