Tom Lewerenz is a Vice President in the Washington, DC region office of PKF Consulting USA. Tom has extensive experience in performing market and feasibility studies, appraisals, financial analyses and performance projections, site selection and financial reviews for hospitality properties. He possesses additional expertise in supporting clients’ investment decision making to support development by completing valuation, underwriting and due diligence analyses for hotels, resorts, food & beverage and other leisure-oriented assets.
After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, Tom joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served as an Infantry Officer. Upon leaving the Marines, Tom embarked upon his hospitality career with several prominent consulting firms, international hotel companies and earned a Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. During his tenure as a hospitality consultant, Tom has performed hundreds of these studies both for private and public sector clients, in nearly 40 states and abroad in all price ranges including full-service, limited-service, extended-stay and luxury. Past clients have included the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, National Park Service and numerous prominent hotel companies and developers.
