Hank Wolpert, CHA, is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of PKF Capital. In addition to his hotel brokerage responsibilities, he performs hotel operational consulting and asset management for PKF Consulting.
Mr. Wolpert served for fifteen years with Marriott Corporation and ITT Sheraton in senior hotel sales and marketing positions and was Senior Vice President of Development for Richfield Hospitality Services (MHM, Inc). At the time, Richfield had an equity and fee management portfolio of over 100 properties representing 15 brands and independent properties in all market segments. Mr. Wolpert was also President of Hospitality Industry Specialists, a consulting firm assisting owners, lenders and government agencies with advisory, management selection and disposition services. Prior to joining PKF, he was Managing Director at InterBank Brenner and was a member of American Hotel and Lodging Association's Allied Executive Council.
Mr. Wolpert received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, is licensed for real estate in Texas and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
