R.S. Patel is the senior managing director in the Houston Office of PKF Capital. A hotel broker since 1981, he has experience in hotel consulting, asset management and development. Mr. Patel received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering in India, and another B.S. from Tuskegee Institute, Alabama. He holds a Texas license in Real Estate and is a Mortgage Broker and Professional Engineer.
Mr. Patel is a Life Member of the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association (AAHOA), a member of the International Association of Holiday Inns (IAHI), and a FAC member of the Country Inns & Suites Franchise, Southwest Region.
