Prior to joining PKF Capital, Bob was senior vice president with Colliers International Hotels in Irvine, CA, and president and founder of Orange County-based RMK Hospitality Advisors. Prior to forming RMK Hospitality Advisors in 2003, Bob spent six years as vice president of real estate at Newport Beach-based Tarsadia Hotels. At Tarsadia, Bob was responsible for all acquisitions and dispositions, and was instrumental in building Tarsadia into one of the most successful hotel investment and development companies in the United States. Prior to joining Tarsadia in 1997, Bob was a San Diego-based broker with John Burnham & Co., specializing exclusively in the sale and marketing of hospitality properties.

Bob is a graduate of UCLA and has been licensed to sell real estate in California since 1980. Since focusing exclusively on hospitality brokerage in 1984, Bob has established extensive industry relationships and demonstrated a successful transaction track record, both as a broker and a principal.
