Dan Hayward is the Managing Director of the Sacramento Office of Colliers International Hotels. The Sacramento office is responsible for hotel transactions in the California Central Valley, Reno and South Lake Tahoe. Prior to joining Colliers, Dan was an associate broker for 5 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial specializing in hospitality. During that time he completed transactions in California, Texas and Oregon. Additionally, Dan was a consultant to hotel owners for 13 years.
Dan holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Illinois State University. He and his family reside in El Dorado Hills, California.
