Henry Bose is a managing director with PKF Capital in San Francisco with over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. He is responsible for hospitality transactions in California, from Silicon Valley through Monterey to the Central Coast.
Before becoming a part of the PKF Capital team, Henry was a vice president with Colliers International Hotels, and the president and CEO of Ivy Hospitality, Inc., a hotel management and investment firm. Henry initiated his hospitality career at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. During his 13-year tenure with Fairmont, he served in a number of leadership capacities, including strategic planning, marketing, and acquisitions and development.
Henry earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and received his MBA from Georgetown University. He currently holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license.
