Bob Eaton leads a team of highly specialized individuals responsible for hotel property transactions in the United States. Headquartered in San Francisco, Bob will continue to build PKF's presence in new markets throughout the country.
Bob brings over thirty years of lodging experience to PKF Capital that includes over twenty years marketing lodging assets on behalf of owners. His direct results have accounted for over $1 Billion in hotel transactions. In addition to eighteen years with Colliers International Hotels, Bob served as national convention sales manager for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and headed the financial services division of Laventhol and Horwath's consulting practice in the western United States. As a franchise hotel developer, Bob was responsible for project economics, financing and acted as liasion with the affiliated management company.
Bob is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Washington State University and holds a California Real Estate Broker license. He is currently on the advisory board of the School of Hospitality Management at the University of San Francisco, and is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants. He has spoken extensively on the Lodging Industry throughout California.
