Mark brings over 16 years of lodging industry experience to PKF Capital. He has represented public and private entities on transactions in California, Hawaii, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Tennessee. He continues to be instrumental in building the San Francisco headquarters of PKF Capital, and oversees a professional team of brokers, analysts and administrative personnel.
As a senior vice president in the San Francisco office of Colliers International Hotels, Mark was responsible for hotel and leisure property transactions in California, Hawaii and the Western States. Mark began his career with Colliers International Hotels in their Dallas office. Prior to joining Colliers, Mark worked in the development and acquisitions department of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and was also a financial analyst for Metromedia Restaurant Group.
Mark received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas Christian University, and holds both an MBA and an MHM (Master of Hospitality Management) from the University of Houston. He holds a California Real Estate salesperson license, and is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Urban Land Institute.
