Prior to Colliers, Chris was a Principal with The Chambers Group, Inc., an independent hospitality-consulting firm in Seattle, Washington. During his tenure with The Chambers Group, Chris performed over 250 independent market analysis, feasibility studies, appraisals and real estate related activities throughout the United States and Canada. He has been engaged by a variety of international, national and regional hotel companies, lenders, private institutions and individuals. Chris also served in various management capacities over five years with Marriott International and Marriott Management Services, as well as six years as a private restaurant owner.

Chris received his undergraduate degree from Washington State University in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, and holds a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington.
