Andy Layton is responsible for hospitality transactions in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to PKF Capital, Andy has worked as an associate with Colliers International Hotels and as the area vice president of lodging development for Marriott International. Andy assists Chris Burdett in hotel and land development transactions, preparing valuations, performing due diligence, managing the selling process, negotiating business points for all legal documents and coordinating closing with escrow and legal counsel.
Andy received his Bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
